In the past number 4 was used as a sail makers store and carpenter's workshop. Now completely renovated, it has accomodation for up to 7 people. The upper ground floor has an open plan living / dining area with colour television and video player. Behind the breakfast bar, the kitchen is all electric with ceramic hob, low level oven and grill. A fridge, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.
One bedroom has twin beds and a handbasin with shaver socket. The second bedroom is small with bunk beds. Downstairs, the third bedroom is the full length of the cottage with direct access onto the alleyway. This room as 3 single beds, with dressing table and easy chairs and would suit as a second dayroom. There is also a small internal room with folding single bed. The bathroom is on the lower ground floor and has bath / shower, WC, and hand basin with shaver socket.
A south facing terrace catches the summer sun and deck chairs and a barbeque area are provided.
No.4 is currently on long let and is unavailable for holiday let.
