No. 5 is a terraced cottage. The front door opens into a cosy living room with an open fire for colder days. Beyond the open stairs is a dining area and well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and full range of saucepans, crockery and cooking utensils including handheld electric blender. A back door leads to a small dustbin area and log store.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a double, and fully-fitted furniture giving plenty of storage space. The back bedroom has fitted bunk beds, dressing table and wardrobe. Between the bedrooms is a small shower room with hand basin and lavatory.
Being costal the Camel Estuary has its own micro-climate with some gorgeous sunny days in summer and winter. However, if it does rain the cottage has a colour television, DVD player, video machine and books for entertainment, central heating and open fire for warmth and washing machine for wet clothes – and excellent access to all Padstow’s pubs!
