We book Friday to Friday and ask guests to vacate the cottage by 10.30 am and arrive after 4.30 pm.
From November to March, during non-holiday periods, we can offer nightly rates. Please see the price list for details.
When you make your booking we ask for a fee of £15 and a returnable key and condition deposit of £50. If you are booking two months or less before your holiday the full rent must be paid on booking. Should you book more than two months before your holiday you can pay only 10% of rental on booking and the balance two months before you travel. Once the booking is confirmed and paid for, a key will be posted to you. Full terms and conditions of renting are set out on the booking form.

The booking form is available to print from this website. However, as we are constantly taking bookings from a variety of sources, please telephone to confirm availability before filling it out. Failure to do this means we cannot guarantee your booking.
Don’t forget – you’ll need to bring pillow cases, duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels unless you request our linen service.
