Linen
Blankets, single & double duvets and pillows are provided. We offer a full linen service at a cost of £10 per person. Alternatively you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Please note that if you wish to make the twin beds up as double beds we recommend bringing large flat sheets as fitted sheets will not fit over both mattresses. Please state if you require our linen service when booking.
Electrical Appliances
The cottage has a fully fitted electric kitchen with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven and grill, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and handheld blender. In the airing cupboard in the back bedroom is a tumble drier.
A colour TV, DVD and portable CD player are provided in the sitting room and hairdryer in the bedroom.
Cleaning Equipment
Under the stairs are broom, brushes, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
In the kitchen washing up liquid, cream cleaner, toilet cleaner, bin liners, dishwasher tablets and washing powder are provided.
Please replace anything you use
Heating / Hot water
Gas central heating is included in the rental price. This is operated by a switch in the airing cupboard. Each radiator has a thermostatic valve. Hot water is provided the combi boiler or by an immersion heater. There is an open fire in the sitting room and some logs are provided in the courtyard. Please replace any you use.
Electricity and Telephone
Electricity is 220V and is included in the rental. The telephone provided will make emergency outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.
Babies & Children
A cot and high-chair can be provided subject to availability. Please request when booking. A baby intercom connects the annex to the main house.
Animals
Dogs are welcome to No. 10 for a surcharge of £15. Please bring dog beds and in respect for future users, do not allow animals on the sofas, beds or upstairs. Any dog hair found upstairs or on soft furnishings will forfeit your deposit.
